HISTORY
La Antonieta Ranch has an extension of approximately 11.000 has.
It was founded in 1918 as a livestock establishment specialized in sheep breeding and dedicated to the preservation of natural resources of the area. It is called Antonieta in honor of the wife´s founder, Don Vicente Martino.
Martino´s family, who was founder and inhabitant of the ranch a longside many other generations, he was stood out for his worry about the conservation of the flora and fauna of the place. His founder, Don Vicente Martino, and later his daughter Maria Rosario Martino de Morelli and at the present his only daughter Graciela B. Morelli, carry on the family tradition of taking care of the social, cultural and touristic well being of the community.

RESOURCES
La antonieta ranch has settled into the livestock activity. At the beginning, it was dedicated to the breeding of Polled Merino sheep for wollen production. They are bred in their natural habitat, they feed with the pasture of the are. The wool is sheared in the ranch.
Moreover, creole horse, quarter horse and occationally cow livestock are bred in the Antonieta ranch.
With the goal of changing the ranch into an example of environmental responsability, Morelli´s family has developed an integral system of solar system power and wind to ensure the ecologic provision, using the natural resources that the environment offers.
